Josh Silverman

From Bellingham, Washington Josh Silverman is a “Locavore” Chef who has been a part of the Whatcom County food scene since 2006 when he took over as Chef/Owner of Nimbus Restaurant. Prior to that, Josh cut his culinary teeth in kitchens from Seattle to Spain and was part of the founding team behind the Northwest Chefs Collaborative group.
